Prime Season Pricing

Our Prime wedding season is April – First weekend in May and September through mid November.

Prime Saturday

When you get married on a Saturday during prime season, you get the facility starting at 3 PM on Thursday through noon on Sunday. Decorate, have a welcome party, even hold your rehearsal dinner with us – all for one price. This INCLUDES exclusive use of our Inn Thursday through out Sunday! The entire Agora Grand facility is yours!

Prime Sunday

Sunday weddings during prime season are very affordable. These events include up to 2 hours for decorating starting at 2PM, and up to 5 hours for the ceremony and reception (reception limited to 4 hours), with an hour to cleanup. Limited to Chapel and Grand Reception Hall.

Full Weekend

Decorate Friday, celebrate Saturday, and cleanup Sunday for one incredible price. Includes use of full Agora Grand Facility. Start decorating as early as 9AM on Friday and be cleaned up by 9AM on Sunday. With this option, you can still enjoy our honeymoon suite in the steeple until noon.

Weekday Wedding

Get married with us Monday through Friday and decorate the day before at no additional charge! Limited to Chapel and Grand Reception Hall

Please Note:

  • We do require event insurance that will cost anywhere from $75 to about $250
  • We provide the bar services. Prime Saturday weddings require an open bar. All other weddings have the option of an open bar or a cash bar.
  • We provide tables and chairs to seat up to 250 guests
  • We do not provide linens
  • We work with you to create a floor plan and a day of timeline. You MUST have a Day of Coordinator for your wedding day.

Bar Services

4 hours of bar service. This starts as soon as your guests enter the reception hall.

Open Bar Pricing

Silver Bar Package – $25 per person
Open beer and wine for your guests. Guests do have the option to purchase liquor from the bar.

Platinum Bar Package – $65 per person
Full open bar for your guests. Also includes two specialty drinks and a custom drink menu for your guests that our bar manager will put together with you to add another special element to your day. They will also work with you to select special beer and wine beyond our house selections. This option also includes a champagne toast for your guests.

Mocktails Package – $20 per person
If you are seeking a non-alcoholic wedding reception, then this is for you! Our bar manager has put together a menu of non-alcoholic drinks that go beyond the typical soda and juice. One more way to make your wedding stand out to your guests!

Open beer and wine for your guests. Guests do have the option to purchase liquor from the bar.

Planning and Decorating

Day Of Coordination – $695
You are free to hire a Day of Coordinator (DOC), or you can even use the timeline we create with you to have trusted friend or relative act as the DOC, just as long as it is not someone in the wedding party or a parent. Or you can hire us as the DOC. We only coordinate the activities taking place on our property.

Wedding Coaching and Coordination- $1,895
We are not the planners, but we will work with you on a predefined schedule that we set together at our initial meeting to make sure that you stay on track. Once you have contracted with a vendor (caterer DJ, baker, photographer, florist, etc), we will take over the communication with that vendor per your contracted services and manage the scheduling. This service also includes Day of Coordination for activities taking place on our property.

Destination Wedding Planning – $2,495
This similar to the Wedding Coaching and Coordination, but also includes more assistance with the planning since we are local. We will also work with you to design a weekend schedule in our location for your guests. We work closely with several local hotels on guest accommodations and activities for your traveling guests not involved in all of the wedding.

Decorating – Please ask
Some couples may know what they want, but they do not have the time or desire to actually decorate. We will be happy to help. For an average wedding of 150 guests, you can probably expect to pay about $2,000 for decorating. This is for the labor to decorate only. We will place your linens, tableware and centerpieces on the guest tables, decorate the extra tables (gift table, cake table, memorial table, etc), and spend about two hours on the head table and backdrop. This does NOT include the actual decor itself. We will work with you on a list of what is needed when putting together the decorating estimate and you can either order it yourself, or we will order it for you at a 10% service charge in addition to the cost of the items.

Wedding Officiant and Ceremony Design

We will work with you to design your ceremony based on our interview with you. We will create a draft of the ceremony for your feedback so that we can get the ceremony to fit what YOU want. Our officiant will perform your wedding using the final ceremony version that has been crafted with your unique input.
